1. Who we are

This website, folaadeleke.com, is operated by Fola Adeleke® (“we”, “us”, “the studio”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights set out in section 8, contact us at hello@folaadeleke.com.

Note on our online shop. Purchases are not made on this website. Prints and products are sold through our Shopify store at shop.folaadeleke.com, which has its own checkout, payment processing and privacy notice. This policy covers folaadeleke.com only.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to you. In practice that is:

Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to someone who has contacted us), and steps prior to entering a contract where the enquiry concerns a commission.
Email address, and any name or preferences you give When you subscribe to the newsletter To send you the newsletter. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or the unsubscribe page.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The site sets no cookies until you make a choice. Google Analytics is loaded with consent defaulting to denied, so no analytics cookie is written unless you press “Accept” on the banner.
