Fola Adeleke® is a Mixed Media Concept Artist and Designer. We're looking for a young creative who's eager to learn and develop in the creative industry to help on exciting projects.
What you'll do
- —Social media — planning and posting content, managing Stories, replying to DMs and comments
- —Order fulfilment — packing and dispatching prints, quality-checking prints before they go out, coordinating couriers
- —Email & admin — managing the studio inbox, replying to customer queries, general admin support
- —Back-office — keeping invoices, buyer records and agreements organised and up to date
- —E-commerce support — helping list and update products as the store moves onto Shopify
- —Light content creation — photographing and filming prints and behind-the-scenes studio content
- —Customer care — helping handle order issues with a friendly, solutions-first tone
- —Research — keeping an eye on trends, competitor accounts and new platforms worth trying
You are
- —Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing your own to-do list
- —Confident writing — you'll be representing the brand in emails and DMs
- —Genuinely interested in art, design, or small-brand building
- —Discreet with customer and order information
- —Instagram / TikTok fluent — bonus: photo or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom)

- —Unpaid internship, fully remote — based anywhere

- —Reference / testimonial provided, with potential to extend or turn into a paid role
